Where Your Body Begins to Breathe Again

Quote

Let tension fall from you
like leaves from autumn branches.
Nothing in nature clings to what is ready to go.

Reflection

There is a space inside you
that remembers what ease feels like.

Not the kind that’s earned by doing,
or won by effort —
but the softness that rises
when you stop trying to hold everything together.

Stress isn’t a sign that you’re failing.
It’s a signal that your body has been whispering for too long…

Slow down.
Come back.
Let go.

When you loosen your grip,
the world doesn’t fall apart —
but the weight you’ve been carrying does.

You are allowed to rest
before you reach your limit.
You are allowed to exhale
before you’re done.

Today, let calm find you
not because you force it,
but because you make room for it.

Today’s Gentle Practice

Place one hand on your chest,
one hand on your stomach.

Inhale slowly and feel your belly rise.
Exhale and imagine tension melting off your shoulders.

Repeat quietly:

“I am safe to release what I no longer need.”

Let your breath carry the burden away —
one soft exhale at a time.
