As the year closes, there can be pressure to summarize, evaluate, or decide what it all meant.
But not everything needs to be defined.

Some chapters complete quietly.
Some lessons settle later.

You don’t need to carry everything forward.
And you don’t need to discard everything either.

This ending is not a judgment.
It is a transition.

You are allowed to step out of this year with softness —
taking what nourished you
and releasing what no longer fits.

Nothing is wasted.
Nothing is required.

Take a slow breath in.
Exhale fully.

Repeat:
“I release this year with ease.”
