When your inner state softens into trust, life reorganizes naturally around that signal.
Opportunities feel less forced.
Decisions feel less heavy.
Movement becomes intuitive instead of urgent.

You are not behind.
You are not late.
You are simply learning to stand still long enough for life to meet you.

Today’s Gentle Practice

Pause for three slow breaths.
On each exhale, silently say:

“I allow life to meet me here.”

Notice what relaxes when you stop reaching.
